MUM & BABY CLASSES
POSTNATAL CLASS FOCUSED ON REBUILDING STRENGTH AND IMPROVING OVERALL FITNESS
These classes use a combination of strength training and low impact cardio to build strong muscles, improve your fitness and leave you feeling energised.
Classes are suitable for all levels of your postnatal journey, with regressions and progressions
available adapt the workout to your own level and pace. You will be challenged within
your own personal limits.
Diastasis recti safe, we teach you how to engage your core muscles during every exercise
to help rebuild your core strength safely.
Experience all round health benefits, that important post-workout endorphin hit and the
opportunity to connect with other local mums on the same rollercoaster as you.
Our classes are 100% baby friendly so feeding, changing, napping and crying are all
acceptable and expected. Workouts can also be fully adapted on those days
when your little one just wants to be held, to ensure you still get the most out of the
class, whatever the circumstance.
