We work with a small number of clients online on a one-to-one basis designing training, nutrition and lifestyle programs suited to your individual goals, post-natal journey and lifestyle.

  • Full lifestyle review to discuss your health and wellbeing (stress, sleep, activity, energy, mental health) and lifestyle programming to help you live your best life.

 

PROGRESS CHECKING 

 

  • Progress tracking for health markers such as sleep, stress, energy, weight, calories etc (goal specific).

  • Weekly check-ins via e-mail and video call to provide ongoing support, assess progress and review your goals.
