Instead of setting goals based on who you used to be…


Set goals based on who you are right now.


Goals that align with:

  • Your work schedule

  • Your recovery stage


Then support those goals with daily habits that feel sustainable in this phase of life.


Not extreme.

Not all-or-nothing.

Not perfect.


Just consistent and realistic.
