Our mission is to empower new mums to feel strong, healthy and
confident in their postnatal body.
Whether you're looking for a friendly (mum & baby) class, a
structured small group personal training program or would prefer
to work with us online, we have an option suitable for you,
wherever you are and whatever your level.
Located in a beautiful space on the edge of Victoria Park,
East London we have the perfect location for you to reach
your strength goals, get those endorphins flowing and make
connections with other local mums.
No need for childcare, babies are welcomed (and fully
encouraged) to all personal training sessions and classes.
