WE EMPOWER NEW MUMS TO FEEL STRONG, HEALTHY AND CONFIDENT IN THEIR POSTNATAL BODIES AND WHAT THEY CAN DO.    

About... 

Our mission is to empower new mums to feel strong, healthy and

confident in their postnatal body and what they can do.

We specialise in postnatal strength training by offering

progressive strength training programs for new mums.

We offer drop-in strength training, an award winning

12 week small group personal training program and online

training and have an option suitable for you, wherever you are and

whatever your level.

Located in a beautiful space on the edge of Victoria Park,

East London we have the perfect location for you to reach

your strength goals, get those endorphins flowing and make

connections with other local mums.

 

No need for childcare, babies are welcomed (and fully

encouraged) to all our personal training sessions and classes. 

We are honoured and extremely grateful to have been awarded Class Of The Year by the Active Pregnancy Foundation. 

 

However you choose to train with us, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of postnatal strength training and additional support to help you become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of your postnatal self.
